HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

To place an order, please click on the product of your choice and make a selection of the size. Once done, you can add the product to the cart. The next step requires you to fill in your contact details and shipping address and place the order. You shall receive a confirmation email upon placing the order. 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

Once your order details have reached us, we shall send you an email confirming the order along with details of your order and delivery. In case of any issues or questions, you can reach out to us through our contact form or mail us on our email address, or reach out to us on our contact number.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?

The shipping address under most circumstances will be considered final. The shipping address canbe changed only if the order hasn't been shipped out. Please contact our support team if you wish tochange your shipping address.

As our silhouettes differ in size and fit, eachstyle will have a unique Measurements. If you have any questions regarding the fit of a garment,please email customer care or get in touch with us at our contact number before purchasing

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes as the shipping process has already started.Our orders are processed immediately so once an order ships we are unable to cancel this. Always ensure your shipping address is correct. Any order with an invalid address will beautomatically returned and cause a delay in delivery time. If you have entered an incorrect deliveryaddress, please contact customer care.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once your order is placed, the order takes 1-2 business days to process. In addition to theprocessing time, standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Please note that some orders may takelonger to get delivered depending on the location and unforeseen circumstances such as weatherissues.

WHAT IS OUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

We do not offer an exchange of products unless the order received is damaged or in a faultycondition. In order to avail the exchange, we require a complete unboxing video of the productwhich shall be subject to the assessment of our team. Please note that the exchange will be allowedonly for the same product and in case of unavailability of the same product, we shall offer you acredit note to buy any other product within 15 days of the issuance of the credit note.

WHAT IF AN ITEM I PURCHASED IS OUT OF STOCK?

If you purchase an item that has sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible andoffered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS THAT ARE ACCEPTED ONLINE?

Online: We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards for domestic online purchases. If you would liketo pay via bank transfer, please contact the customer support team.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?

Currently we do not accept COD.

WHAT IS OUR REFUND POLICY?

We do not offer refunds, all the returns are processed as credit onlywhich you can redeem on our website itself or one can exchange theproduct in case of damage.

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

All returns are accepted at the discretion of our team Conditions of the items: All items must be intheir original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed.

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date. The return shipping cost is theresponsibility of the customer; we do not refund the cost of the shipping.

Return initiation: Returns/Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return processing: The items must be returned to our warehouse before the return for credit orexchange can be issued.

Liability: We cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. Garments that havemakeup stains or that smell of perfumeor any other scent will not be accepted. Hence please take care when trying on the garment.

Only authorized returns will be processed. Any returns sent without authorization will be refusedand it will be theresponsibility of the customer to arrange collection of their garment
